MIT Professor, Nick Montfort has focused his research on a machine’s role in artistic expression. Nick Montfort is the Professor for Digital Media at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology. He is a leading contributer to the world of Computer Generated Art, with numerous Computer Generated books and works of poetry. He is the Director of The Trope Tank, aimed at facilitating collaborative research, teaching and artistic expression through computers.
