In this episode I’m going to be talking to Dana Chapman. Dana is a nutritional therapist and we have a very special relationship. We both grew up in Zimbabwe, in Africa, in Guerra, a very small town. And we also went to school together!

I am so excited to share many things that we're going to talk about today. We're going to be looking at wellbeing and stress and being aware of burnout and what it actually is.
