3. Others Opinions: It's natural to care about what others think, but dwelling too much on others' opinions can be draining. In most cases, people move on quickly and don't remember minor details.
4. Temporary Setbacks: Short-term setbacks in career, relationships, or personal goals are part of life's journey. While they can be frustrating, they often lead to growth and new opportunities.
5. Comparisons to Others: Constantly comparing oneself to others can lead to feelings of inadequacy. Remember that everyone's path is unique, and comparison often does more harm than good.
