A Harvard graduate with a Phd, Dr Sepah works in the Faculty of Psychiatry at UCSF. A prolific psychologist and advisor to corporations, Dr. Sepah is a major proponent of redefining our global definition of the 'high performer' to include not only the individual's actual job performance, but to also measure their values-congruent behaviour and to what extent they are contributing to creating and maintaining a great workplace culture.
