The Movement consists of three main Co-Conspirators: The Guy That Does Some Things From Time To Time, The Axeman, & The Evil Genius. Each of us are Hip-Hop connoisseurs/aficionados in our own right. We have strong opinions, ideas, & visions concerning the music, the artists, and the culture; we have no problem letting you know. When we aren't podcasting, we promote artists, we arrange performances, and we produce the Annual Ohio Valley Hip-Hop Awards. Our goal is to support artists of all ages and their interests in the Ohio Valley; to use the arts as viable career options. Our current mission is to help cultivate & sustain the growing Hip-Hop scene in Wheeling, West Virginia & its surroundings areas.
