If you want to meet a Mum with tonnes of energy and vitality, Maja is your lady. Known as “The Vitality Strategist” she is definitely a walking advert for what she does.
Maja’s Bio - I specialise in helping mums who have tried any diet under the Sun, or attended any weight loss clubs, without sustainable weight loss results which left them frustrated and feeling low about themselves. My promise to them is to get them their dream and permanent weight loss within 6 months’ time.
The problems today I see is most of the mums are lacking self – worth and compensate this fact with food. The dominant problems are constant tiredness, being overweight, being physically restricted and feeling depressed. Due to those problems, they are unable to spend actively quality time with their kids. This leads to kids being affected by mum’s health issues and falling into their unhealthy footsteps.
But I have a solution which takes mums' Health, Body and Mindset through 3 milestones with my 6 months programme.
These are:
- Focus
- Improve
- Transform
The benefits are high and sustainable throughout the day energy levels, 1-1.5 stones permanently lost, saying good bye to yoyoing and health issues like joint pains, high blood pressure, depression, adrenal fatigue and much more.
The ultimate results are being able to play with their kids actively and setting up an example for them of how to lead the life full of vitality and self-love.
I am a qualified fitness instructor, raw food nutritionist and a mum of 3 beautiful kids. I truly believe that all mums need to have the vitality to juggle their kids, career and their personal lives. It is my mission to ensure that mums leave the legacy for their children. And over the next 5 years, it is my mission to ensure that I help 5000 mums to fall in love with themselves and live their lives in a healthy way with tones of energy.
