First, Brie breaks down a weekend with friends in San Diego that saw her reconnect with girlfriends, let go of some stress and rough mornings, and celebrate with them at a special charity event, Party 4 Parks, that raises money for Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

At the party, Brie did something unexpected and permanent. That experience made Brie pause to allow herself to bring silliness and then simplicity of youthful joy into her life with laughter and experiences with friends and family.

Brie welcomes Birdie for a special arts & crafts segment that you can do at home with a cardboard box and flowers. Brie and Birdie talk about fairies, art, music, Bird’s dislike of soccer, and why farts are funny. Birdie also has some landmark life events coming up that she’s excited about, but is she ready for them?

Then get ready because Buddy is in the guest chair for an out-of-control interview that covers whales, his running ability, and his love for photography.

Brie closes the episode out with a special Inspiration & Affirmation that is all about her fairytale life, and she appreciates every moment of it, even in tough times.
