In this long-overdue episode we’re shining the spotlight on a huge and vitally important part of our business. The ever-expanding #1 growth vehicle for Nordstrom, the Rack. To give us a little context on the origins of the Rack, I called up retired Nordstrom veteran Sue Tabor who was actually present in those early days and who’s largely responsible for laying the foundation for what it’s become. After that we’ll learn more about where the Rack stands today from another super talented Nordstrom leader, current President of the Rack, Gemma Lionello. Then, to top it all off, we’ll be traveling to Elk Grove California to capture some of the excitement surrounding the grand opening of a brand new Rack location. Thanks for tuning in to episode 64.
