Recently I came across some journals I kept in 2017 and 2018, when I first discovered note investing, began learning, and then started doing deals. Some of the advice was spot on, and some was total garbage. Now that I have 100+ note deals under my belt I take a look back at the good, the bad, and the ugly of my initial learnings in note investing.
