Since Brady has been on the team he's been to 12 AFC Championship games, 9 Super Bowl games, and has 6 Super Bowl Rings. We also get into how their system can translate to business success. They've built a system that everyone is bought into - where the sum total of everyone is greater than the individual. Building that culture in business can clearly create success for years to come.
