Rebecca Zacharek is 30 years old and comes from a small town outside of London called High Wycombe. She is a confessed crazy cat lady who is incredibly passionate about exercise and the ability it has to make others feel more confident, capable and happier within themselves.
A particular area of interest for her is the link between mental health difficulties and exercise. As a woman diagnosed with ADHD her personal journey is a testament to how physical activity can help change your mind, as well as your body. She wants to help and encourage others on their journey to discovering a happier and healthier lifestyle.
