God allows us to experience brokenness as a means to restore, renew, and reshape our desire for His will and His way. God used individuals’ brokenness throughout the Bible to achieve a greater purpose.
Joseph's story illustrates that our broken places are often stepping stones to a higher purpose. Despite the betrayal and hardships, Joseph's faith never wavered. God used each moment of Joseph's brokenness to restore Joseph himself, his family, and an entire nation.
When we find ourselves in the pit of despair or the prison of circumstance, let's remember Joseph. Our brokenness is never the end of our story. In God's hands, it becomes the very means through which we are restored and positioned for His purpose.
