In this week’s episode, I discuss weightlifting – more specifically, some mistakes and misconceptions people have about it. I’ve been lifting for over half a decade and I’m still learning from my mistakes and constantly improving my approach.

I’ll be zeroing in on some of those mistakes that I’ve made, some other common L’s that most newbies take and even some of the advantages of even starting weight training.
