Parenting isn’t just about raising children; it’s about stewarding kingdom legacies. The Bible reminds us that each generation is connected, with a divine purpose to declare God’s glory: “One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts” (Psalm 145:4, KJV).

Start with connection. God calls us to both teach and nurture. “And ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4, KJV).

The key? It’s not just teaching what to do but showing why. Share God’s Word, live out your faith, and be patient in love. Remember, “The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him” (Proverbs 20:7, KJV).

Parents: Teach your children the beauty of walking with the Lord. Share the testimonies of God’s faithfulness AND do not provoke your children. (Ephesians 6:4, NKJV)

Children: Honor your parents, as the Word commands: “Honour thy father and thy mother” (Exodus 20:12, KJV).

When we bridge the gap, we do more than unify generations—we create a spiritual legacy that transforms homes and communities for Christ. Together, we build the kingdom, one generation at a time.

I now share my testimony to teach people to trust God. I now write books to win souls for Jesus. I now pray to bring people’s struggles into the presence of God!

And today? Well, I find myself blessed and happily married to my dear husband, Ben living in Alabama. But before we end this time together, let me just say, “Be blessed God’s people. Be blessed!”
