He was a high school teacher, who ventured into the unexplored paths of the world, journeying over 50,000 km. From the frozen tundra of Siberia to the thick jungles of Papua New Guinea, the high passes of Afghanistan to the brutal deserts of China. His expeditions have earned him two National Geographic TV series and international acclaim for his two books, available in five languages.

In this episode we ask:
- What are good questions to ask yourself before taking on any new adventure?
- What lessons have you learned from your adventures that you think would be helpful takeaways for anyone wanting to push themselves outside of their comfort zone?
- Rob mentions taking the time to invest in ourselves, which can be hard for small business owners to do, can you share why this is so important?
- Is there anything we can do to stay motivated, when feeling fatigued or burnt out during a new challenge/adventure?
As ever, let us know if you participate in any of our challenges and what your key learning takeaways were.
Thank you for tuning in to this special episode, and let’s get ready to debrief our version of climbing Everest!
