Francie Larrieu-Smith made five U.S. Olympic track teams in a span of 20 years. Her athletic career started before Title IX, and she discusses women's athletics before Title IX, setting the world mile record multiple times, and the experience of being the flag bearer for the United States in the 1992 Olympics.
