In this episode, I speak with Larry Camp on being in a high demand religion, what he would say to a mormon recruiter now and his book "Nobody Knows, They Just Want You to Think They Do".
★ Larry's Bio: ★
I grew up in a high demand religion that controlled pretty much every aspect of my life. Due to the assistance of my daughter, we were able to leave this religion and now live authentic lives.
My second child dropped dead from an arterial rupture in 2018 and forever changed our family. My wife and I have learned to accept the fact that we will always grieve the loss of our son Dusty, but we know we honor him by sharing how others too can move forward with their lives.
Nobody Knows Your Story is a podcast I began in April of 2020. My guests spend an hour or so “talking story” as we say in Hawai’i. They tell their life story. As the host, I do incorporate a bit of Hawai’iana as I have always loved Hawai’i and have owned property and lived in Hawai’i at different times.
