Darren chairs the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, assisting over 200 Black businesses in securing $5M in PPP funds during the COVID pandemic. He serves on numerous boards, including the Dallas Citizens Council and Real Estate Council, and was appointed to the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. A celebrated architect and leader, Darren was elevated to the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows in 2019.
