On this week’s episode we discuss the most likely ways the world will end. Before diving into the chilling details, we explore a dark philosophical overlap shared between occultists and mainstream religion in the field of eschatology, the study of the end of the world. We show how “Armageddon,” a word only used once in the Bible, still looms large as a literal possibility for being the spark that sets the whole world on fire. Before wrapping up the free show we listen to personal stories of survivors from the Hiroshima atomic blast and outline what would happen during a nuclear exchange between the United States and Russia if it happened today.
