This week on the Wrestling Stoop, first it's Booking Lessons 101 from Bob before we head back to the San Francisco territory once more as we continue to look at the ongoing feud between Bob Roop vs. Kevin Sullivan. Plus, we get a profound look into the crazy world of journeyman wrestler Pat McGinnis! *** For the first 30 minutes of the program Bob starts off the show with Booking Lessons 101. Bob explains his mindset as a booker, talking the psychological elements of a storyline, how to create instant credibility when there's no time for a slow build, suspending the crowd's disblief, match placement on a card being important, when to get out of the ring before inciting a riot, what is the "Office Hold" and who had it, and more! From there, we continue with our trip back to 1977 in the San Francisco territory as Bob continues to discuss his 6-Month long feud vs. Kevin Sullivan. This time around we talk the "Star Warrior" angle and Bob attacking Kevin's real-life father George Sullivan and sending him out on a stretcher. Plus, Bob shares tales involving Chris Colt, Barry Orton, Roy Shire, Alexis Smirnoff, and we get a personal look into journeyman Pat McGinnis and his most intriguing way of life as a bone breaker/loan shark collector.

A former National AAU Champion and U.S. Olympian, Bob doesn’t hold back and opens up about his time in the world of Professional Wrestling.
