Hustle Culture is basically the belief that you got to spend every waking hour of your life working because there’s always someone out there that’s working harder than you. It's about working long hours, bragging about not sleeping enough and working a lot, claiming to be exhausted but forcing yourself to work through it, mentioning how many cups of coffee you drank to stay awake so that you can continue to work, believing that resting is a waste of time, etc. So it brings to light the question "Is hustle culture really worth it?"
