The post-covid workplace ranges from hybrid, to remote to in-person offices and communities, as company culture and engagement has been disrupted. Furthermore, the Great Resignation and issues with mental health have become focal points for employers and employees. Securing and retaining talent are priorities yet employability and the rising figures of the underemployed remain critical in the global marketplace. For a growing number of graduates, particularly on the African continent, their ability to compete with the best in the world when they lack the skills, tools or network required for career growth and success remains problematic.
