Dr. Kathrin Huzelmann qualified in 2002 from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
Post qualification, Dr. Kathrin Huzelmann has been providing patients with tailor made high quality dental treatments for the past 20 years. In order to do so, Dr Kathrin has been continuously studying and is combining her gained knowledge with dentistry so as to offer safe and high quality integrative dental treatments. To her working as an integrative dentist means, that she will try and understand why a tooth goes wrong and then restore the system only using materials that will not cause ill effects in other parts of the body. As an example, she follows the SMART protocol for mercury removal and places ceramic implants only
She has a great understanding of the mouth and it’s connection to the rest of your body due to her interest in understanding what health means and how to achieve this by integrating the physical emotional and energetic/spiritual. She will explain this to you at your initial consultation based on her findings in your mouth. As the mouth is the mirror of the physical which is often the mirror of the emotions, there is often a lot to uncover and to talk about. Based on this she will develop a treatment plan suitable for you.
This is what sets Dr. Huzelmann apart, her approach, determination, knowledge and passion.
Always striving to do her best for her patients and having that understanding is indeed advantageous and very rare.
Her studies outside of dentistry (Hypnisis, NLP, CST, shamanic training) have helped her deal with the more challenging aspects of dentistry. Usually there is fear or apprehension and often there is outright trauma stored in the oral cavity. These issues can be addressed as well.

Dr Kathrin is currently writing a book for patients to create awareness how the treatment of the mouth can have he transformative implant on the patients life. Do to her patients requesting to teach, she is also putting together a program in which she can share her specific approach with colleagues.
