Bishop Charles Agyinasare is a Ghanaian pastor who founded the Word Miracle Church International, later Perez Chapel International, a Pentecostal-Charismatic ministry in Ghana. He is the founder of Precious TV, Chancellor of the Perez University College and author of several books on Christianity.

Bishop Charles Agyinasare remembers the year 1983. It was at a time where hunger for food was the same as his own hunger for God-Teshie Mangoase. It was the early part of the PNDC revolution (there were no provisions in our shops, people queued for basic needs such as soap, bread and a small tin of milk) coupled with a drought, bush fires and a dry land.

His geographical location matched his spiritual state - dry and thirsty for the power of God. A boyish-looking 'broomstick' after a routine fasting and prayers.

This was where he began his crusades. The Brother Charles ministry which later birthed the Word Miracle Church in 1987 now Perez Chapel International. The beginnings of this Church was at a time under the inadequate protection of a tree but under the protection of God.

It was God who told him, 'My boy Charles, I send you as I sent Moses' to work miracles and bring the message of salvation and freedom to all people including the sick, deaf and dumb.
