Ukrainian leaders explained: why it is important to boycott Russian businesses, what issues do Ukraine's economic recovery plan include, how Russian aggression is connected with oil and gas purchasing, why it is important to stop it, what worldview of ordinary Russians is and why are they ready to accept the crimes of this country’s klepto-oligarchic elites.

Speakers of the second Ukrainian Dialogue were Natalie Jaresko, Chairperson of the Aspen Institute Kyiv Supervisory Board, Lana Zerkal, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration, Denis Kudin, the First Deputy Minister of economy, Anton Drobovych, who is the Head of Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance.
Dialogue was held by Aspen Institute Kyiv and Aspen Institute Italy. The discussion was moderated by Marta Dassù, Senior Advisor European Affairs at Aspen Institute Italia. Angelo Maria Petroni, Secretary General of Aspen Institute Italy, and Yuliya Tychkivska, Executive Director of Aspen Institute Kyiv made introductory speeches at the beginning of the event.
