Hey Friends, We are fresh off the grand opening and full swing into fall. Fall is the time to take that pause and begin turning our attention inwards so that we can prepare for the deep reflective work that the Fall and Winter seasons hold space for us to do. With family holidays approaching we all can benefit from the support that the oils as we do our inner work. When we take to time to do this work it allows us to draw boundaries to ensure that our wounds and triggers aren't front and center at our holiday gatherings.
