With Robert back with us, we try to tackle the subject that Phil and Chad tackled, but failed due to the microphone issue. What is the baptism of the Holy Spirit and more importantly, when and how does a believer receive it? Each share a testimony about their experience and we speak on speaking/praying in tongues as well.
