In this episode of the Vacation Rental Revolution Podcast, I interviewed Josh Lehew, an ex DJ turned short-term rental investor.
Josh shares his background, including his experience in the bar industry and as a DJ, and how he transitioned into real estate investing. He discusses how he fell into short-term rentals after staying in an amazing Airbnb during his honeymoon.
