Then, on the rest of the menu, voting technology company Smartmatic subpoenaed four Fox Corporation board members as part of its $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News; a Federalist Society judge in Texas halted a federal disaster aid program for minority farmers because it discriminated against white farmers; and, the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission unanimously chose a Democratic member as chair for the next two years.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Czech authorities suspect that Russia may have been behind last week’s attempt to set Prague public transportation buses on fire; and, Hungary Prime Minister Orbán’s party showed its weakest performance in European Union elections since joining the bloc twenty years ago.
