ABOUT DREW WHITSON

Drew began his real estate career working for a boutique investment banking firm in St. Paul, MN which specialized in the syndication of public and private limited partnership real estate funds focusing on net-leased single-tenant properties. Drew began investing in real estate by purchasing single-family homes in his hometown of St. Paul MN and later expanded to apartment syndication. Drew has expanded his portfolio to over 4,400 units by acquiring multi-family properties in Minnesota, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio markets. Drew has over $400M in his real estate portfolio. In addition to being a full-time real estate investor and syndicator, he is a Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul. He lives with his wife and four children in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
