Before you set out on any endeavour, especially business related please have a clear understanding of your why. Don’t confuse achievement and success. They aren’t the same. Achievement is measurable, it’s tangible, it’s mile stones and a tick list. Success is how you feel. It’s fulfilment and it’s directly related to your why. Without a clear understanding of your why you’re in danger of getting caught up in the what and the how of your business. But that doesn’t inspire people. It’s important you know it from the outset but even more important to not lose sight of it as you grow. Especially as you become more successful. Trust me I speak from personal experience here.
