On this episode I talked about the philthy Rich and Mozzy beef I wasn't going to cover this rap controversy but today I stumbled Upon A no jumper interview featuring philthy rich's take on the whole situation. at 22:44 Philthy Rich mentions how he knows there are rappers that gained traction using fake ads and fake likes and fake subscribers he says how these rappers are using "cheat codes" nowadays! this is the kind of stuff that I've been talking about for years how there are artists or their management teams that are using these sinister tricks to rig the numbers and how the music industry hasn't been the same for a very long time now that it's gone completely digital adam22 chimes in and mentions how on YouTube there are different scenarios where you can watch YouTube videos with a lot of views go down that's what happens when the YouTube algorithms remove these fake likes and these fake views that is something that a lot of predominant people in the music industry don't speak on every day so I thought it was interesting that this jewel was kind of thrown out there in this interview thanks for listening tell me what you guys think of this whole rap controversy is it staged?
