We talk a little about the Titan and go off on a tangent about cruises. Ramelle discusses her love/hate of certain personality types of fitness instructors, ahem Jillian Michaels, and we reminisce about VHS fitness classics from the past, we're looking at you Billy Blanks and Cindy Crawford. Oh, and Leslie was wrong. We are older than Google.
