3. Going Through a Quarter-life Crisis, Extending Grace to Yourself, and Coping
Manage episode 315244036 series 3281729
Let's talk about a quarter-life crisis. It's something that is real and we should normalize extending grace to ourselves and people who are in their mid 20's and early 30's. Life is hard and it's important to know how to cope when times are tough. We shouldn't be expected to know every detail of our lives and lets not even get into the economy. The factors that keep millennials from being able to fully step into what it is they may really want to do with their lives are endless. We're all going through a process, but can we at least admit that the process can be hard?
Please seek out a mental health professional if you can, lean on your support system and remember to give yourself the space you need to get back to doing you and getting out of this funk. (Note: This episode is not sponsored)
The Quarterlife Center (which is mentioned in this episode) is dedicated to helping people survive their quarter life crisis and thrive in their lives. Whether you are struggling with relationships, career decisions or your relationship with self, they are ready to help.
