I always love to talk about fitness and health and this week I had the pleasure of inviting Connor Sleeman, an online transformation coach onto the podcast.
Connor has been helping people to transform there lives by not only focusing on physical health but looking holistically at overall health.
It was a great conversation covering not only how Connor started his business but some of those fundamental questions we ask ourselves surrounding fitness and health with some relatable moments from myself.

Approaches to health and fitness and where people often go wrong when starting. Common mistakes when it comes to exercise and diet.
Finding time for fitness.
Abs, are they really the end goal? What does it actually take to get and maintain abs? Intermittent fasting, your hear a lot about it but what is it and does it work?
Managing stress and improving mental health in fitness.
