Brandon Shindo is a Japanese-American licensed clinical social worker and mental health expert. With his own practice, K&B Therapy, he focuses on providing mental health care specifically to the AAPI and POC professional and college student community. He aims to destigmatize mental health care for these communities through care, conversation, and compassion. He shares his upbringing, his own experience with seeking professional help, and how he views common therapy themes of boundaries, change, disassociation, and more.
