In this episode, I am celebrating that I am turning 61 on 6/27 and explaining why you will never hear me lying about my age or being ashamed of age-related changes. To be sure, I was not always like that! I had to do a lot of internal work to understand how ridiculous it is to make aging a problem. In fact, I talk about the various flavors of Brain BS that I experienced over the decades that caused me a great deal of needless suffering, and I am certain much of it will resonate with you.
My hope for you is that you listen to this episode and understand how lucky you are to celebrate another birthday and how many people will not get that privilege this year. So for the love of God, please stop focusing on age-related changes that you can't control when that time of year comes around, and celebrate that you are still here!
