The holidays may be called “the most wonderful time of the year,” but between family drama, travel delays, and a to-do list longer than Santa’s naughty list, Christmas can also be a season of stress.

Studies show the average person spends a whopping 13 hours prepping for Christmas Day!

But after all that preparation, it takes less than just 13 seconds for stress to send our cortisol soaring.

And that’s bad news for our hormones.

In today’s episode, we’re wrapping up our “Holidays & Hormones” series and tackling 6 common holiday stressors, plus tools to help you stay calm, cool, and collected (without booking a solo trip to the Bahamas!)
