Today, I am chatting with Tanya and Adam Kriticos, Chicago mortgage lenders, husband/wife duo, power couple… you name it, they are it! I am so glad I met them – having strong business partners is crucial in this industry and that is what we are going to be talk about today.

Adam Kriticos is a senior mortgage banker with Summit Funding in Chicago. He has helped thousands of families over the last 15 years realize their dream of becoming homeowners. With his finance background, Adam discusses in great detail, the benefits of the various loan products he has available to meet his clients' needs. Adam, his wife and 3 kids live in Lincoln Park. As we all do - they love to take full advantage of summer in Chicago.

Speaking of his wife, she is also here with us - her name is Tanya Sinclair. She is also a licensed loan officer with Summit Funding and assists Adam in business development. She is also a real estate attorney and with her partner, Olga Groat, they own Sinclair & Groat Law based in Chicago. They specialize in real estate closings, personal injury law and estate planning. Relating to real estate, Tanya loves assisting families in understanding the home buying process. Her clients praise her quick communication style and her attention to detail.
