Kip Knippel is the Founder and CEO of KIP Search, a headhunting company that focuses on finding talent for C-Suite executives, legal, and other key employees to help organizations reach their full potential and destiny.

Kip ran for Senate in the State of Minnesota (while finishing up law school), and then worked in Mergers and Acquisitions and commercial real estate, before starting KIP Search.
