In her role, Franchesca leads the global DEI strategy, drives the Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy, and aligns ERG objectives with philanthropic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote global community impact. Outside of her professional work, Franchesca is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and Peloton lover.
