Welcome back to the Eat Local New York Podcast. This week I am in Truxton, NY hanging out with Jacob and Alexa from Hillside Farms.
I was out here hanging with them to record a video showing the process of them butchering their chickens to sell at the Regional Market and to wholesale customers like Eden in Syracuse.
While I was there, I decided to record an impromptu podcast with Jacob to talk about farming and the connection to the community.
