Mary Purdy, MS, RDN, is an eco-conscious and Integrative dietitian who holds a Master's Degree in clinical nutrition from Bastyr University where she has been adjunct faculty since 2015. She has provided nutrition and lifestyle counseling for over 12 years, given 100+ nutrition workshops, and speaks nationally at health and nutrition conferences. She serves on the boards of Hunger and Environmental Nutrition and Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine of which she is Past Chair. She is also the host of the podcast "Mary's Nutrition Show" and author of the book "Serving the Broccoli Gods"
