Khaled suffered abandonment by his mother at age 5 to living with his abusive alcoholic father and living a life of people pleasing when he realized he was going no where fast. He looked in the mirror and decided it was time for a change. Listen to this powerful story.
Khaled Weidauer calls himself a dreamer, a believer, a father, an entrepreneur, and a person of extraordinary intelligence and ability. Khaled has overcome numerous challenges in his life and has transformed from being a victim to a victor.
He overcome lack of confidence, poor communication skills, and depression to become a master of his emotions and a person that has risen from African poverty to settling in Switzerland and starting a company, he spent over 23 years of his life in the worst crime-ridden streets of North Africa. These were places even visiting during the day with armed guards was still dangerous.
His life experiences have made him feel much older than he is. He feels 70 years old even though he is only 27. About four years ago, he went from being dangerously skinny to gaining weight and becoming nearly immobile.
Eventually, he got fit, lost 70 lbs, and says he is healthier than 90% of the population. He relocated to Switzerland, learned German in less than five months, adding to his list of five languages.He got married and became a father, he decided to start DERTIOK, his Swiss skincare brand, launching in mid-November 2024 featuring 100% Swiss-made, vegan, cruelty-free, natural, gender-neutral, eco-friendly, & high-quality products.
His unique life path has given him a unique view of the world and a strong mindset. Through his studies of history, human behavior, psychology, religion, and life, he developed essential skills such as communication, stress tolerance, emotional control, self-accountability, and understanding human behavior.
