In this episode of 15-Minute Fitness Fix, Coach Kinsley addresses fitness plateaus, explaining how progress in strength, muscle growth, or weight loss can level off around four to six months into a routine. To break through, she recommends progressive overload—gradually increasing workout difficulty by adding weight, increasing reps, or slowing down movements. Nutrition is equally important in overcoming plateaus.
