Roger Bell is the President of the Jefferson Highway Association which originally founded the Jefferson Highway in 1915. Arlene Gould is the Executive Director of the Natchitoches Convention and Visitors Bureau that represents Louisiana's Oldest City, which is also on the Jefferson Highway. Natchitoches was host to the Annual Jefferson Highway Association Conference in 2019. See: https://www.natchitoches.com/
