Jesus told us that one day He would take us to be with Him.
This is startling- that Jesus wants us to come and be with Him.
Before He went to the cross, He told His friends…
Don't be troubled. Trust me. There is a place for you in eternity, and I'm going to prepare it for you. And I will come back and take you to be with me.
Some of us find it difficult to imagine what this means. To be in eternity with Jesus to one day see Him face to face? How do we wrap our minds around this? We can't, but we can believe in faith.
He says to you today, Don't let your heart be troubled. I am with you.
