Are you a parent, do you work full time, and struggle to find time to train each day?... or are you making excuses?

It's hard to balance a busy schedule and prioritising family, but it can be done and Charlotte shares how she has organised her life to do just that!

She's a single mum of 2 young children, a boy and a girl, runs her own business, works from home, and somehow finds the time to come to the gym practically every day, sometimes even sneaking in a double session in the afternoon. But wait…. She’s also a few weeks out from her first ever natural fitness competition with the WFF.
