Today we go over how it helps the foundation, how it helps IBD patients, how you can participate, how you can fundraise, and how much fun it is! Take Steps takes place in many cities around the Unites States so there is a good chance you will find a walk near you! We are family friendly and want our audience to be involved! Listen together, separately, but ultimately we hope we bring some attention to some well deserved topics on chronic illness.
