This is the second of the two part podcast on workplace stress and about the coping mechanisms to overcome stress and bring balance into your lives. Workplace stress is harmful and people experience it because of undue pressures and demands placed on them at work. Plus workplace stress is aggravated by the gigantic crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Workplace stress is a killer that creeps on you silently. With over 85% employees in the age group of 30 to 39 years being extremely vulnerable, this stress severely affects their Body, Mind, Behaviour and Emotion. Here are some simple strategies to overcome workplace stress under remote working or otherwise – (a) Schedule & prioritise (b) Build Positive Relations (c) Relook Inwards-Relook Habits (d) Start new fitness routine (e) Have Healthy and Nutritious Routine (f) Get Adequate Sleep (g) Change your Perspective (h) Me Time

Three C’s to overcome workplace stress
(1) C is Conflicts – Eliminate Conflicts.
(2) C is Control – Exercise the right Controls.
(3) C is Choices – Make the right Choices
Thus By eliminating Conflicts, exercising Controls on your lives, you can make the right Choices that will give you a stress free & productive working life.
